Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and payment is confirmed.
Our reports are crafted specifically for each customer using their unique birth details. As such, once we begin work on your report, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any of our digital or personalized services, including:

- Custom Consultation Packages
If you face any issue or feel that an error has occurred in your report, please email us at help@vediksoul.com within 24 hours of receiving your report, and we’ll be happy to review and make corrections if needed.

Reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of successful order placement.
